The Mindful Living program focuses on promoting mental health and emotional well-being for young boys and girls. Through mindfulness techniques, stress management strategies, and emotional regulation exercises, participants will learn how to manage anxiety, cope with stress, and develop emotional resilience. This program will also provide a supportive environment for youth to openly discuss their mental health challenges and build coping mechanisms for life’s pressures.
